Ever since I can remember, I’ve been amazed by flavours and textures. I became a pastry chef to "never work a day in my life" (they said if you do what you love, it is not work! ).

While working as a dessert chef I improved, learnt, worked tirelessly on my own recipes to one day be able to share my sweet and savoury treats at my own place.
